Open My Orders and use View Details or Track Order for the selected order. Tracking appears when the merchant or courier has shared shipment data.
Cash on Delivery orders stay pending until collection. Online payments update after AyuGita receives verified provider confirmation.
Courier tracking becomes visible after the order is packed and dispatched. Until then, your account will show the latest preparation status.
